* How to frame yourself as an authority over the phone when you call a lead and in person.
* Which metaphors or storytelling to use during an Open House or sales conversation that persuade and influence the client to take action.
* Decode your client's conversation.
* Discover the four stages of having a successful Open House. This is not about staging an Open House, it's about communication strategy, rapport and language.
