Do NOT reward yourself only after a major win…make it a…
A JOURNEY of Rewards and Pleasures – Engage your subconscious mind to stay focused, energized and motivated. It’s like recharging your cell phone daily, instead or having your phone go dead and be out of energy (like you being out of energy while you attempt to work on your business.)
Don’t make it just daily work and not fun…make it a journey of fun and pleasure.
The way to do that is to give yourself little rewards/pleasures after simple accomplishments like making calls for one hour or visiting business owners. The little reward can be a cup of coffee, tea or glass of wine (end of the day), a walk...whatever you designate as a reward the subconscious mind accepts and appreciates…cookies for the soul.
This programs your subconscious mind to maintain happiness and joy doing small task along your journey towards the big goals.
If you do not give yourself little rewards your subconscious mind experiences only work and possibly frustration, which can cause procrastination.
Yes, remember to ENJOY THE JOURNEY!
