Emanate ques of safety so others (customers) feel safe, comfortable, relaxed and have an enjoyable shopping experience. Knowledge and new awareness mystery shoppers need to know to inform business owners what can be improved in a new post pandemic shopping world.
The shopping experience has changed, unconsciously because of the pandemic.
It is biological from being under constant threat for almost two years, like soldiers with post traumatic stress syndrome (PTSD) from being in constant life threatening conditions.
Be the source to help, educate and guide your clients to create a new safe, positive shopping experience. In a safe environment customers will shop longer, possibly make larger purchases, and establish a new level of loyalty. A new stream of referrals.
